GPD2000 can use a single- or three-phase motor based on site power. If your site needs many daily cycles, we recommend adding a VFDwith a three-phase motor for three upgrade benefits:

Soft-start / soft-stop — sharply cuts inrush, reduces gearbox wear, and extends service life
Three-phase motor heat tolerance — even coil temperature rise; resists overheating in continuous high-frequency use
Flexible speed control — set open/close speed for the driveway and safety needs
